Teleplan Globe and the German Armed Forces Staff College (Führungsakademie der Bundeswehr) have entered into an agreement for academic use of Teleplan's Geographical Information System (GIS) MARIA.

The Staff College will use the application for planning, operation and simulation of War Gaming scenarioes. The application will finally be used as a main tool during the War Gaming exams. Teleplan Globe will be supporting the Staff College with academic licenses and training courses, as well as participating and monitoring the exam exercises.
Every year the Staff College have more than 600 students, including more than 100 international students from approx 50 countries.
